I would say that the songs that are on the Billboard chart and not the Radio and Records chart are much better then the other way around. Songs like Ayo Technology, Kiss Kiss, Apologize, Rehab, Never Again, Go Getta are huge songs, that i ranked very high on my personal chart.
While i disagree with a lot of the songs on both charts, i feel the Billboard one does a slightly better job.
One final thought – There is no way Irreplaceable should be #1 on both charts, let alone top 10. The song was not that big.
