Kelly Clarkson Debuts New “Suck”-y Single Cover Art

Kelly Clarkson Debuts New Suck-y Single Cover Art - My Life Would Suck Without You

After getting dark and gloomy for My December, Kelly Clarkson is getting sassy and sweet for her latest venture — literally. The original American Idol champ has unveiled the cover art for her new single, “My Life Would Suck Without You” on her official website. The glossy shot shows a glammed-up Clarkson provocatively holding a sparkly heart-shaped lollipop near her open mouth (get it?).

The tune, set to hit airwaves Jan. 19, is the first single off her fourth studio album, Masquerade, due in stores March 17.

After the subpar sales of her self-penned, supposedly raw and real My December, Clarkson is “in a period where she wants to take on the pop world again,” RCA general manager Tom Corson told The Wall Street Journal.

But is this the Breakaway Kelly we know and love? What do you think of the photo? Is it red hot or does it, uh, suck?
